mise en scene

costume:
The costumes in the film will be typical youths clothing so hoodies, tracksuit bottoms ,with the exception of the police officer. We are as of yet undecided as how to portray the police officer. He could be undercover, in normal clothing. But the ideal situation would be to get a police uniform somehow, so we could easily distinguish who the police officer is.

lighting:
With regards to lighting, we will use natural lighting, during the chase scene. During the beginning scene the lighting will be minimal and dark, so the main character is encompassed in darkness. We want to keep the lighting as natural as possible to keep in the outdoor scenes but in the indoor scenes, we want darkness. The reason for this is to show the viewer the darkness within him.

Props:
The props we will use in this production consist of products that have been stolen from the convenient store and a knife that is used to stab.
